Note: There is a time regulation for this service. This bulk promotional SMS can be sent between 9 AM to 9PM only.
The transactional SMS route is very specific in nature; this can be sent to DND or NON-DND. This type of SMS service can be used for alerts and updates. The content should purely be transactional in nature; it should not carry any promotional content. It can be sent through web panel on a specific six digits alpha like BT-NETHRA where BT signifies BSNL TAMILNADU.
