Cancellation Policy

Yearly Subscription: If a customer cancels a yearly subscription, the current month will be charged, and the refund will be processed for the remaining period. A one-time maintenance charge of ₹3500 will be deducted before processing the refund. Refunds may take up to 15 days to process.

Monthly Subscription: No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions. Customers can cancel at any time, but the service will continue until the end of the billing period. Server maintenance charges do not apply for monthly subscriptions.
