Usage Terms
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of our services is lawful and in accordance with this Agreement. Our services are provided based on the following usage guidelines:
- School SaaS Services: Nethra91 G offers a SaaS platform designed for managing school operations, including student data, attendance, fee management, and communication. Customers must ensure that the data entered into the platform is accurate and secure.
Payments
Customers agree to pay for the services provided by Nethra91 G according to the pricing plans chosen. Payment is required in advance for each service period. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Renewals: Renewal notices will be sent before the due date. If payment is not received within the specified time, your service may be suspended until payment is made.

Data Protection and Privacy
Nethra91 G takes the security of customer data seriously. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate measures to safeguard your personal and organizational data.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and ensuring that their use of the platform does not compromise sensitive information.

Cancellation and Termination

Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform to distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service or network.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Nethra91 G shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the preceding three months.
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, Nethra91 G does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service outages.
Amendments
Nethra91 G reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
